Welcome to AFTER DARK by eVOLV Strong.

Before entering the event, every guest must review this Participant Agreement and complete the electronic acknowledgment below.

Our goal is simple:

To create an environment built on respect, consent, personal responsibility, and community.

This document explains the expectations of every guest, the inherent risks associated with attending, and the standards that help us provide a safe, welcoming experience for everyone.

If you have any questions about this Agreement, please speak with a member of our staff before signing.

BEFORE YOU ENTER

Please read the following carefully.

AFTER DARK is a private adults-only event.

Attendance is voluntary.
Participation in any activity is voluntary.
Entering the venue does not require participation in any sexual activity.
Every guest has the right to decline any interaction at any time.
Consent is mandatory.
Respect is expected.
Safety is everyone's responsibility.

Failure to follow these rules may result in removal from the event without refund.

PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT

Section 1 — Eligibility By signing this Agreement, I certify that:

I am at least twenty-one (21) years of age.

I have presented valid government-issued identification.

I am voluntarily attending AFTER DARK.

Section 2 — Informed Consent I acknowledge that I understand:

AFTER DARK is an adults-only event.

Attendance does not require participation in any sexual activity.

Participation in any activity is entirely voluntary.

I may decline any interaction for any reason.

I may leave any area of the venue at any time.

I am responsible for deciding whether or not to participate in any activity.

Section 3 — Consent I understand that consent is the foundation of this event. I acknowledge that:

Consent must be voluntary, informed, and ongoing.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

"No" always means no.

Silence or lack of resistance does not constitute consent.

Intoxication or impairment may affect a person's ability to give consent.

I will respect the boundaries of every participant.

I will immediately stop any interaction if consent is withdrawn.
