Welcome to AFTER DARK by eVOLV Strong.
Our goal is to create an environment built on respect, consent, personal responsibility, and community. Before entering the event, every guest must review this Participant Agreement and electronically acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to its terms.
AFTER DARK is a private, adults-only event intended exclusively for individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. By signing this Agreement, I certify that I am at least twenty-one years of age, have presented valid government-issued photo identification verifying my age, and am voluntarily choosing to attend this event.
I understand that attendance at AFTER DARK does not require participation in any physical, intimate, or sexual activity. My attendance is entirely voluntary, and any participation in activities with other attendees is my personal choice. I understand that I may decline any interaction for any reason, may leave any area of the venue at any time, and remain solely responsible for determining whether I wish to participate in any activity.
I acknowledge that consent is the foundation of this event. I understand that consent must be voluntary, informed, specific, and ongoing. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, and when consent is withdrawn, all interaction must immediately stop. I understand that silence, lack of resistance, or prior interactions do not constitute consent, and that intoxication or impairment may affect a person's ability to give or receive meaningful consent. I agree to respect the boundaries of every participant and to conduct myself in a manner that reflects the values of mutual respect and personal dignity.
I agree to conduct myself responsibly throughout the event. I will follow all posted policies and the lawful instructions of event staff, treat every participant with dignity and respect, and promptly report any safety concern, consent violation, harassment, or other inappropriate behavior to a member of the event team. I understand that eVOLV Strong reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any participant whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, threatening, non-consensual, or otherwise inconsistent with the purpose and policies of the event. I understand that removal from the event may occur without refund.
I recognize that the privacy of every guest is essential to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. I agree that I will not photograph, record video, or record audio of any participant without that person's explicit consent. I will respect the confidentiality, privacy, and personal boundaries of all attendees throughout the event.
I understand that I am solely responsible for my own conduct, decisions, participation, and personal health. If alcohol is available at the event, I acknowledge that I alone am responsible for monitoring my own consumption and understanding my personal limits. I understand that intoxication may impair judgment and the ability to give or receive consent. I further understand that eVOLV Strong may provide condoms, lubricant, or other harm-reduction resources as a courtesy. These resources are intended to reduce, but cannot eliminate, the inherent risks associated with voluntary participation in intimate or sexual activity, and no representation or guarantee has been made regarding the health status of any participant.
I understand that attending an adults-only event, and voluntarily participating in physical, intimate, or sexual interaction with other attendees, involves inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, physical injury, emotional distress, allergic reactions, exposure to bodily fluids, communicable diseases including HIV, hepatitis, mpox, COVID-19, influenza, sexually transmitted infections, and other known or unknown risks that may arise through voluntary interaction with other participants. I acknowledge that I understand these risks and voluntarily assume full responsibility for my own decisions regarding participation.
I understand that event staff are not medical professionals. Should staff reasonably believe that I require emergency medical assistance, I authorize them to contact emergency medical services on my behalf. I understand that I remain solely responsible for any medical expenses or other costs arising from such treatment.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending AFTER DARK and release, waive, and discharge eVOLV Strong, its owners, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, venue partners, and agents from liability for claims, injuries, damages, losses, or expenses arising from my attendance or my voluntary participation in activities at the event, except to the extent caused by gross negligence, willful misconduct, or other liability that cannot legally be waived.
I understand that this Agreement is intended to promote a culture of respect, accountability, informed consent, and community. If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.
By electronically signing below, I certify that I have carefully read this Agreement, understand its contents, have had the opportunity to ask questions before signing, and voluntarily agree to abide by the policies, expectations, and rules governing participation in AFTER DARK by eVOLV Strong. I understand that my electronic signature has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature.
